BCA Compliance Reports

A Building Code of Australia (BCA) report is a document used to demonstrate compliance or non-compliance of a building or proposed building design. A BCA report can be used or may be required in the initial design phase of plans to identify issues at the Development Application (DA) lodgement or Complying Development (CDC) application stage and for retrospective Building Information Certificate applications. If you are preparing plans for a Development Application (DA), or are looking for preliminary BCA advice for your proposed development prior to submitting an application, the team at 4U Certification can assist.
