4U Certification can undertake Swimming Pool Compliance Inspections when you are looking to sell or rent your property or if you require an inspection because of the property type (multi-occupancy or tourist and visitor accommodation). Under NSW legislation you must have either a Certificate of Non-Compliance or Certificate of Compliance to sell your house, to rent or lease your property you must have a Certificate of Compliance for your Pool or Spa. After the initial inspection 4U Certification will issue a detailed report outlining compliance, or rectification works required in order for you to achieve compliance if your pool or spa is deemed non-compliant upon inspection.

Homeowners in NSW are responsible for ensuring their pool or spa is compliant with current legislation and that their pool is registered on the NSW Swimming Pool register.
